The American Pakistani community has long faced challenges navigating the complex legal system in the United States. Recognizing the need for legal aid services tailored to the Pakistani American community, the Allama Iqbal Community Center (AICC) established its Legal Aid Department to provide support to Pakistani Americans and their families in all their legal needs.
The AICC Legal Aid Department is dedicated to helping Pakistani Americans and their families with a wide range of legal issues, including immigration, social security, taxation, legal rights, legal advice for new businesses, and special assistance for refugees seeking to follow their lawful status in the United States.
The organization is staffed by experienced lawyers who are well-versed in the intricacies of the American legal system and understand the unique challenges faced by the Pakistani American community.
The AICC Legal Aid Department’s primary goal is to provide affordable legal services to those who would otherwise be unable to access them due to financial constraints. The organization also provides education and training to Pakistani American communities to help them better understand their legal rights and responsibilities.
By providing comprehensive legal services, the AICC Legal Aid Department is working to ensure that Pakistani Americans and their families are able to fully participate in American society and access the resources and opportunities available to them. The organization is committed to promoting justice, equality, and fairness for all Pakistani Americans and ensuring that they are able to navigate the legal system with confidence and ease.
At the Allama Iqbal Community Center (AICC), we are committed to providing Pakistani American individuals and families with the resources they need to lead healthy, productive, and self-sufficient lives
Together, we can build a more inclusive and compassionate society by supporting AICC's Social Welfare Department.
