The AICC Health Department has been dedicated to serving the community for many years. Through various initiatives and programs, they have worked tirelessly to promote health and wellness in New York City and Pakistan. Their efforts have made a remarkable impact on the lives of countless individuals.
One of the most notable achievements of the AICC Health Department is the organization of free medical camps in New York City and Pakistan. These camps provide essential medical services to those who cannot afford them, including health check-ups, consultations, and medicines. The camps are staffed by a team of dedicated volunteers, including Pakistani American doctors and pharmacy owners, who donate their time and expertise to the cause.
In addition to the medical camps, the AICC Health Department has also organized health awareness seminars to educate the public about the importance of healthy living. These seminars cover a range of topics, including nutrition, exercise, and disease prevention.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the AICC Health Department stepped up to provide much-needed support to the community. They organized free testing kits and vaccination camps in collaboration with the New York City government to help curb the spread of the virus.
The AICC Health Department also has a strong presence in Pakistan, where they have established a free medical clinic in the village of Rohtki Awan, Sialkot. The clinic provides essential medical services to the local population and is staffed by a team of dedicated healthcare professionals. The clinic was made possible through the efforts of AICC Chairman Malik Nasir Awan, who has been instrumental in the organization’s success.
The AICC Health Department has also received support from its members and donors. For example, President Mr. Tahir Bhutta donated an ambulance for the clinic in Rohtki Awan, while another member donated a dialysis machine for a hospital in Sialkot.
Overall, the AICC Health Department is a shining example of an organization that is committed to serving the community. Their efforts have significantly impacted the lives of many individuals, and their work continues to grow and improve with each passing year.
